To be eligible for a refund, customers must cancel within one business day of purchase for a monthly payment plan.

Non-refundable items

No refunds will be given for one time usage packages or one time payment usage packages for any product or set of products.

Processing refunds

Upon receipt of a request for a refund, our team will review the request and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's original payment method within 14 business days.
